So for the past almost three weeks now, I haven’t had good running. I am in a slump and need to find my mojo to get back out on a consistent basis. My running buddy has done her part and now I just need to became consistent by myself and not rely on her. The public pools might be opening soon and I will look forward to again being in the water at 6am. Going forward, I’ll just need to be done with my run by the time breakfast rolls around for my family. Tomorrow morning I plan to be out and about as soon as I wake up. Mindfulness means not giving up and letting myself be where I am even though it is not where I want to stay.
